The objective of the research is the development of an information system in order to support small and medium sized enterprises of Greek gold and silver ware: the creation of an information system offering on the one hand guidelines on the optimum location of the gold and silver enterprises, on the other hand norms and standards for organization and design of their locales will contribute to create a favorable environment minimizimg obstacles (land-use constraints, transportation costs, etc.) and promoting the idea of an ecological entrepreneurship and innovation. The research focuses on the interdependence of parameters such as location, production activity, environment, culture and on the improvement of this interdependent relationship through integrated innovation.
