The territorial governance in Latin America poses new challenges, other forms of development and real transformations, virtuous and verifiable. It is from a lot that speaks of environmental sustainability and the virtuous behaviors they are slowly taking root in the daily life of the people, at least as it regards the west. You also knows that, if these behaviors won’t be shared from the greatest part of the citizens, every effort it will be destined to fail for which both the public powers and the enterprises of the agricultural and productive sector they are activating for limiting the damages of the development. It is not however the same thing in the tourism.
