This tool is a model for the evaluation of the quality of the participative processes within the framework of projects of research-action.
The quality letter of the research-action facilitating the territorial governance of the sustainable development drafted by Workpackage 5 of the caENTI and presented during the second international annual conference of territorial intelligence which took place to Huelva (in October 24-27th, 2007) suggested that the key factor for the evaluation of the quality of a process of research-action is the quality of the participative process between the researchers and the actors.
