Specifications for the Pragma data collection and quantitative treatment software (D54)

This report aims at defining the technical specifications of the PRAGMA software so as to direct the evolutions of the data-processing developments of the “CATALYSE toolkit”. The latter aims at offering selections of information, which are homogenized at the European level, according to the CAENTI actors experiment and to the existing European standards.
