| Guénaël DEVILLET is deputy Manager of the SEGEFA. Graduated in geographical science, he passed a master in land and town planning. He has been involved in fifty studies connected with local and territorial development, such as tool assessment (diagnosis, futurology), pre-feasibility and impact studies concerning the socio-economic aspects of multi-dimensional projects or localisation of economical areas. He collaborates with the University of Franche-Comté as a teacher in the Master of Territorial Intelligence. He was also general coordinator of the 3rd international conference of the REIT in Liège (2005) intitled “Territory, well-being and social inclusion”. | |
