Summary : The operations of urban renewal in France constitute an interesting example to raise the question of the relations between societies, wellbeing and territory. From the presentation of a urbain project, the GPV Malakoff Pré Gauchet, this presentation will be to underline the problems and difficulties which arise for the actors of the project, at the institutions, for the production of the wellbeing and the sustainable development of the territories.
