This theme aims at consolidating the overview of territorial intelligence, confronting the approaches diversity, understanding the concept evaluations, specifying its links with notions and concepts such as economic intelligence, collective intelligence, territory, community, community development, sustainable development, democratic governance.
It also concerns the various existing approaches, as scientific as cultural, at the European and international scale.
A special attention will be paid to the emergent integration of the environmental approach, which balances the importance of the economic, social and cultural approaches.
