Specifications for a European on-line Inclusion Itinerary Accompaniment File (D57)

By Jean-Jacques GIRARDOT (WP6 Tools for actors leader, University of Franche-Comté), Celia SANCHEZ LOPEZ and María José ASENSIO COTO (Coordination group wp6f “contents”, University of Huelva) | December 2007 | caENTI deliverable 57

This report presents the formal specifications about the contents of a European on-line Inclusion Itinerary Accompaniment File, the so called "CATALYSE file", or shorter the "file". The file enlarges the guide information necessary for diagnosis and evaluation, with more personal information useful for the accompaniment of persons. In appendix this report updates the basic definitions of the contents and protocols of the file according to those of the European Guide of Diagnosis and Evaluation, the so-called "CATALYSE Guide" or "guide" (deliverables 51 and 56) and the list of territorial indicators available on Internet for comparison with the on-line file data (deliverable 53).
