Abstract
On the Flyer of the HUELVA 2007 conference there is a sentence: “Territorial intelligence implies the production of theories and instruments to understand the territory, but also the way a society jointly generates and apprehends the available knowledge and applies them to solve its problems.” This paper is about to add one particular theoretical approach to this statement.
