Two European seminars on rural school took place in 2000 (Aix-en-Provence, IUFM) and in 2001 (Barcelona, Autonomous University), gathering ten educational superior establishments from ten different European countries.
The OER and its European partners took part in several European REIT seminars or jointly managed them (BESANÇON, September 2003; Pecs, May 2004, Aix-en-Provence, March 2005).
