The methodologies used by OLE, are strategic and participatory observation. They enable researchers and actors to articulate reflexion, investigation and action in the same creative process. The results of the projects usually have a direct impact on the institutional sector performances and also on actors' intervention on their different action fields. This whole process contributes to enhance the links between the social science and the governance process. The knowledge obtained by OLE during these years by developing this kind of researches and methods will be a very useful contribution, in order to perform the tasks planned in WP5.
Moreover, some of UHU experience s will benefit to the WP6 tasks development. It is the case of the socioeconomical and environmental studies OLE has developed, jointly with involved actors, several research-action instruments (like questionnaires), different kinds of softwares (assessment tools, actions and actors maps, indicators systems) and various web-sites (see, http://www.ole.uhu.es; http://www.eida-andalucia.com) that where used in order to contribute to their diagnosis work, to pacification, to management and to assessment.
Besides, the broad experience of OLE in carrying out European Projects in local and departmental contexts with broad multisectorial European partnerships could be another added value to the CAENTI.
Because of its objectives, methodology, composition and experience, OLE is committed to develop the axes comprising the ENTI scientific and the program transfer. Likewise OLE is also committed to participate in every decision structure and in the network management necessary to guarantee the project progress.
