Since 1998, Optim@ Asbl has gradually acquired experience and competences which will represent its contribution to the European Network of Territorial Intelligence:
- Dynamisation and local actors´ partnerships.
- Coordination of territorial actions, essentially for weakened populations, by developing actors' participation (citizens, and decision makers)
- Integration of diagnosis and evaluation tools, as well as project management methods, in the practices of local actors
- Methodologies experimentation and evaluation with development of procedures (participative data acquisition, data base management, interpretation with actors, diffusion, partnership animation, cooperative actions implementation, inhabitants' participation
