The management of the CAENTI consortium (WP1) ensure in a rigorous and convivial way the legal, contractual, financial and administrative follow-up of the project. A Steering Committee and a Project Secretariat in charge of the day-to-day management and communication assists the Coordinator.
A Director is more specifically in charge of all innovation and dissemination-related issues. Every activity (work package) has a leader.
Bi-annual reports and regular consultations of the partners assess the contribution of the management activities in developing the integration and visibility dimensions of the coordination action.
